Meet the KW Charity board members.

Karen Eafrati

I’ve been a Realtor for nearly eight years with Keller Williams Metropolitan, and during that time, it’s been an honor to support the KW Charity—an organization dedicated to giving back to local youth programs. Helping kids and community initiatives thrive is something I care deeply about. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how our collective efforts make a real difference in the lives of the next generation right here in our own community.

Nick Regan

Born and raised in Southern New Hampshire Nick is in tune with what value children bring to the community.

Mark Mulcahy

Keller Williams Charity has been close to my heart for many years. I've seen firsthand the incredible work they do to support organizations that help children. Volunteering for this charity provides me with a meaningful way to make a positive difference in young people's lives. Knowing that my time and energy support opportunities for kids makes the work truly rewarding.

Sandy Forman

I am proud to serve on the KW Charity Board, where we work together to raise funds that directly support New Hampshire’s most vulnerable and at-risk children. Giving back has always been part of who I am—rooted in generations of family values who believed in the power of helping others. Contributing to this mission is deeply fulfilling, as I truly believe that when we give, we also receive so much more in return.

Pat Griffin

Wife, Mother, Grandmother, business owner, jack of all trades! The Griffin’s are know for being there when people need help. Our business is in the business of helping people. And that’s who we are. My working relationship with Keller Williams goes back many years and have made lasting relationships with the most amazing people. The culture is admirable. Focusing on education, honesty, prosperity, family, charity and overall being a good egg! My fundraising experience comes from being on the board of the Manchester Police Athletic League for 4 years. Using my many odd talents to help raise money for the welfare of inner city kids has been a joy. When asked to join the KW Charity board it was a no brainer. It’s like working at HOME with the Keller Williams family. I “Pledge” to donate my experience and time to advance the KW Charity mission forward. A mission based on helping smaller organizations prosper and grow for the benefit of local children. Kids….our most important rescource!
